Public Transportation

Bicycles

Bike parking is available on Exposition Blvd near the entrance of the Festival.

Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry. You can help keep the lines moving quickly by leaving large bags at home.

NO backpacks, purses or bags are allowed to be brought into the venue, EXCEPT for the following: 

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12.” 
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags, i.e. Ziploc bag or something similar;  
  • Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand (and that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5”), with or without a handle or strap; and
  • Clear plastic Hydration packs (empty upon entry), i.e. clear plastic CamelBak bag or     something similar.

For the avoidance of doubt, iridescent, color-tinted, and opalescent bags are NOT allowed; they must be clear.

When you reserve a locker online, you will receive an email 24-hours before the fest containing your locker location, locker number, and lock combination so you can simply find and use your locker. You will have unlimited access to your locker throughout the day.

Lockers will be offered in both the GA and VIP areas.

ADA Access & Accommodations

Once Upon a Time in LA is a fully accessible event, and we are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure you have access to all the event amenities. We welcome and encourage all feedback and suggestions from our patrons. The following explains the services provided this year. For any accessibility-related questions please email us at access@onceuponatimeinlafest.com. We will do our best to assist you and address your accessibility needs.

 

Wheelchair Accessibility

The venue is fully navigable for people with mobility disabilities. The event is held on a flat paved surface. We encourage all guests with mobility disabilities to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. If you need to recharge your motorized wheelchair, you may do so at the ADA kiosk.Patrons should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices.Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20 amp circuit.

We will not be providing wheelchair or scooter rentals.

 

ADA Parking

There will be limited ADA parking for guests with disabilities onsite. ADA parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. You will need a verified handicappla card, permit, or license plate to enter this parking lot. The person to whom the handicap credential is issued to must be present in the vehicle, as a driver or passenger.

 

ADA Entrance

There will be an ADA entry lane/entrance, located at the main entrance. Disabled guests may use this lane/entrance to safely enter the venue. After using ADA entry, please visit the ADA kiosk immediately after so that you can keep using ADA entry for the following show days.

 

ADA Kiosk

Please Note: You must stop here to get your ADA wristband credential.

There will be an ADA kiosk conveniently located inside the venue. At this location, you can:

  • Get your ADA wristband credential
  • Get your ADA questions answered
  • Learn about our accessibility services

Wristband Policies

  • ADA wristbands are good for the whole weekend
  • DO NOT remove your wristband for the entire duration the event
  • One companion wristband will be issued for each disabled patron(exceptions will be made for families with young children)
  • If a disabled guest wants to switch their companion, please bring the old companion wristband to the ADA kiosk to be reissued

 

Accessible Viewing Area

There will be an accessible viewing area[s] made available to ADA patrons at designated stages. To gain access to this/these area[s], please visit us at the ADA kiosk.

Accessible Viewing Area Policies:

  • Companions may be asked to stand in the back if capacity is reached
  • Patrons and companions may not smoke in these areas
  • Patrons are asked to not save spots

Service Animals

Service animals are permitted throughout the venue. However, this does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals. Pets are not allowed and will be turned away.Only legitimate service animals that are properly trained and under the proper care of their owners will be provided with the appropriate credentials and allowed within the event footprint.

The following guidelines must be followed:

  • All service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered. If these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or if the handler’s disability prevents the use of these devices, the handler must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls
  • Service animals must be housebroken and should use the service animal relief area
  • Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal

Effective Communication Requests

If you would like to request any of the following services:

  • ASL interpretation for any performance
  • Closed Captioning
  • Braille/Large Font Print
  • Guided Tours
  • Other forms of Effective Communication

Requests for these services must be emailed to us at least 30 days prior to the event to allow for sufficient preparation. To submit a request, please email us atrequests@tenfiftyent.com.

 

Additional Services

  • ATMs &  Concessions: All ATMs and concessions are fully accessible and located throughout the venue. If assistance is required, please confer with an event staff member.
  • First Aid: We have several  First Aid locations throughout the venue, noted on the event maps and mobile app. Professional medical staff can help you with your medical needs at these locations.
  • Special Dietary  Needs: The event will have food vendors that provide gluten-free dietary options. For those with special dietary needs beyond what will be offered at the event, please contact us at access@onceuponatimeinlafest.com for further assistance.

Once Upon a Time in LA will consider any request by a guest with disability for reasonable modification of its policies, practices or procedures or for auxiliary aids and services that will permit the guest equal enjoyment of the goods and services offered at the event. Safety at Once Upon a Time in LA

We want every fan to feel safe at the festival. Specific questions regarding safety, security, medical, and any others can be directed to info@onceuponatimeinlafest.com If you have an immediate need while on-site seek out any festival staffer, police, fire, or security personnel.

Security Screening & Entry

For the safety of everyone entering the festival, all patrons are subject to a full and complete search prior to entry. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit to a full body pat-down and magnetometer screening before entry. If you would like to be screened by security personnel of your same gender, please let security personnel know prior to the search process. Screening of children will always take place with the consent of a parent or guardian. Persons that refuse to comply with the search policy will be refused entry into the event.

COVID-19 Warning

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, our artists and employees. You must follow all posted instructions while attending Once Upon a Time in LA.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present.  COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.  According to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By attending Once Upon a Time in LA, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

COVID Protocol & Policies 2021

Once Upon a Time in LA protocol entry requirement reminders + details:

IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT LOCAL HEALTH GUIDELINES, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS FOR ENTERING THE FESTIVAL.


Option 1: Present your vaccination record and a valid photo ID at the Health Safety Tent (located at the South Lawn) upon arrival to Banc of California Stadium/Exposition Park to receive your health check wristband which will be required for entry to the festival. Names on all documentation must match and will be cross-checked with identification. If you are under 18, you may use a school ID.

You will only be able to obtain a health check wristband from the Health Safety Tent. If you do not have your health check wristband when approaching the gates, you will be directed back to the tent to obtain your wristband.

Note: Your second vaccine dose must be at least 14 days prior to the event.


Option 2: Present documentation of a negative COVID-19 test administered and verified by an authorized provider within 72 hours of the festival. You must present a valid photo ID matching your negative test result at the Health Safety Tent (located at the South Lawn) upon arrival to Banc of California Stadium/Exposition Park to receive your health check wristband required for entry to the festival.


Option 3: If you are neither vaccinated nor have a documented negative test, there will be rapid testing provided at the festival. On-Site Rapid Testing will be available at the Health Safety tent (located on the South Lawn) for $39.99. You can schedule your testing appointment HERE.


On-Site Rapid Testing guarantees results are provided confidentially via text message or email within 15 minutes of test administration. You will receive a health check wristband required for entry to the festival upon receiving a negative result.


​​Vaccination Policy

An individual is considered Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19 14 days after the second shot of the Pfizer/Moderna vaccines or the single shot of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. For example, if you receive your final shot on (or prior to) Friday, December 4th, you will be Fully Vaccinated and eligible to enter the festival on Saturday, December 18th. If your final shot was administered on or after Saturday, December 5th, you will not be eligible to enter without providing documentation of a negative COVID test.

Guidance

It is required that all festival attendees wear masks at all times while not actively eating and drinking. If you or anyone around you has been exposed to COVID-19 or have any flu-like, or illness-related symptoms including, but not limited to, coughing, fever, or chest tightness, please do not attend the festival and seek immediate medical attention.
